Terms of Use - PAGE.YOGA

Last updated: November 15, 2025

1. Description of the Service

PAGE.YOGA is a link-sharing service that allows users ("you") to create a simple page and add links to content hosted on other websites, then share that page with others.

The Service offers:

  • A free plan, and
  • One or more paid subscription plans (each, a "Paid Plan"), which currently include the Creator Plan, billed via Stripe.

We do not sell user data. Billing information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by PAGE.YOGA beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  1. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
  2. To use certain features, you must create an account and provide a valid email address and password.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  4. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@page.yoga if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

  1. PAGE.YOGA offers optional Paid Plans on a subscription basis, which may include additional features (such as custom image uploads and other enhancements).
  2. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing to a Paid Plan, you authorize PAGE.YOGA and Stripe to charge the applicable subscription fees using the payment method you provide.
  3. All fees are stated and charged in the currency shown at checkout, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  4. Your subscription to a Paid Plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.
  5. You may cancel your subscription to a Paid Plan at any time from your account page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you will retain access to the applicable Paid Plan until that time.
  6. We may change subscription pricing, plan structure, or features from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing periods and, where required, we will notify you in advance.

4. User Content and Links

  1. The Service allows you to create a page and add links and other content (collectively, "User Content").
  2. You retain any rights you hold in your User Content. By using the Service, you grant PAGE.YOGA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate the Service.
  3. You are solely responsible for the links and User Content you add or share and for any consequences of sharing or making that content available.
  4. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to post your User Content and links and that your User Content and links do not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

5. Third-Party Websites and Services

  1. The Service is primarily a way to display links to content on third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by PAGE.YOGA.
  2. PAGE.YOGA does not endorse, monitor, or control the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party sites and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or legality of any third-party content or services.
  3. Your access to and use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms and policies, not ours.
  4. PAGE.YOGA will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from or related to your use of any third-party site or service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  2. Post, link to, or share content that is:
    • Infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; or
    • Malware, spam, or content intended to disrupt or damage systems or data.
  3. Infringe or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users' accounts.
  5. Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service, except where permitted by law.
  6. Use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to access or interact with the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or interferes with the Service's operation.

We may, in our sole discretion, remove or disable access to any User Content, or suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. PAGE.YOGA, including its name, logo, design, and underlying software, is owned by PAGE.YOGA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.
  3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.

8. Termination and Suspension

  1. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account using any tools we provide or by contacting us.
  2. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your account) at any time, for any reason or no reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the Service could create liability for PAGE.YOGA or others.
  3. Upon termination or suspension, your right to access and use the Service will cease, and we may (but are not required to) delete or disable access to your User Content, subject to applicable law and our internal policies.

9. Disclaimers

  1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
  2. Without limiting the foregoing, PAGE.YOGA does not warrant that:
    • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
    • Any defects or errors will be corrected; or
    • The Service or any content, including User Content or third-party content, will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAGE.YOGA disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. PAGE.YOGA and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
    • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
    • Any conduct or content of any third party, including other users;
    • Any content obtained through the Service; or
    • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  2. In no event will PAGE.YOGA's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you have paid to PAGE.YOGA, if any, for the Service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  3. These limitations apply whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if PAGE.YOGA has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if any remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PAGE.YOGA and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  1. Your use of the Service;
  2. Your User Content or links;
  3. Your violation of these Terms; or
  4. Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Changes to the Service and These Terms

  1. We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
  2. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  3. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or a notice within the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
